What it is
Estate Romana is the city's summer programme of open-air cinema, concerts, evening museum openings and events across Rome's districts. The 2025 edition ran from 15 June to 15 October.
What to expect
Most events are free or low cost and many take place in archaeological sites and museum courtyards. The programme changes weekly and capacity is limited at the best-known venues.
